1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 345wni ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the 345wni website and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, the Android app, and all related features.
By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any part of the 345wni platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of 345wni. Links to both are in the footer of every page on the platform.
These Terms apply to all use of 345wni services regardless of the device or method of access — desktop browser, mobile browser, or the Android app.
2. Eligibility & Registration
To register and use a 345wni account you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 345wni does not accept registrations from anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
- You must be registering on your own behalf and for your own personal, non-commercial use. Corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. False information provided at registration will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on this platform or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
- You must not be a current employee, agent, contractor, or family member of an employee or contractor of 345wni or its affiliated entities.
345wni reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for that decision.
3. Account Rules
Each person is entitled to hold one account on 345wni. Operating multiple accounts, whether using different personal details, different devices, or different payment methods, is a violation of these Terms. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the original will be closed and all balances, bonuses, and winnings in the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
- Your account login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your username, password, or account access with any other person.
- You must notify 345wni support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Account names must match the identity documents provided during KYC. Accounts registered in names other than the account holder's legal name will be suspended pending re-verification.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
- Keep your contact details — email address and mobile number — current. Important account notifications are sent to your registered contact details.
- Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month deducted from any remaining balance. You will be notified before inactivity fees begin.
4. Deposits & Payments
All deposits on 345wni are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards as deposit methods. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time and will be displayed in your account cashier at the time of deposit.
- Minimum deposit: PKR 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier before you confirm a deposit.
- Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your account balance within minutes. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on your bank or network provider.
- Only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, the deposit will be reversed and the associated account reviewed.
- 345wni does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges which are outside 345wni's control.
- Deposits are for personal entertainment use only. Using the platform to process transactions for any purpose other than personal gaming is prohibited.
Depositing funds without opting into a bonus means no wagering requirements are attached to your deposit. You can withdraw your deposit balance freely after standard processing. Opting into a bonus changes this — see Section 6.
5. Withdrawals & KYC
Withdrawals from 345wni are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. This is an anti-fraud measure and cannot be waived on request in most circumstances.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete identity verification (KYC). This is a one-time requirement per account. The documents required are:
- A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides).
- Proof of your payment method — for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your mobile number and account holder name.
- In some cases, a selfie holding your CNIC may be requested. This will be specified if required.
KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours in normal circumstances. Withdrawals are held pending KYC clearance. Once KYC is cleared, the same documents do not need to be resubmitted for future withdrawals unless your personal information changes or 345wni requests updated documentation.
- Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account cashier.
- Withdrawal processing time: JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 2–5 business days.
- Active bonus balances with incomplete wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete or the bonus is forfeited.
- 345wni reserves the right to conduct additional identity, source-of-funds, or fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC was previously completed.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
345wni offers bonuses and promotions from time to time including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and odds boosts. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and the specific terms published on the Promotions page for each individual offer.
- Bonuses must be actively opted into before making a qualifying deposit. A deposit made without opting into an offer does not have bonus conditions applied retroactively.
- Wagering requirements: most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before the bonus balance and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The exact requirement for each offer is stated on the Promotions page.
- Game contribution rates: slot games typically contribute 100% of wagers towards meeting the wagering requirement. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in the individual offer terms.
- Bonus expiry: bonuses expire if wagering is not completed within the period stated in the offer terms (typically 30 days). Expired bonus balances are removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.
- One active bonus at a time: you may not hold more than one deposit bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
- The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Circumventing this restriction via duplicate accounts results in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
- 345wni reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses where practicable.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering completion process.
If you want to make a deposit without any bonus conditions attached — for example, if you want to be able to withdraw freely at any time — simply skip the bonus opt-in before depositing. No wagering requirements apply to clean deposits.
7. Games & Sports Betting
345wni provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, and sports betting markets including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, and esports. All games and markets are provided for entertainment purposes only.
- All casino and slot games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The mathematical house edge is inherent to all games and means the platform retains a statistical advantage over time.
- Game results are final once settled. 345wni does not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet — such as disconnection, server error, or software fault — the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. This is at 345wni's discretion based on available logs.
- For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with official match results from the relevant governing body. In the event of rule or result disputes by external bodies after settlement, 345wni reserves the right to revise settlements accordingly.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These are displayed within each game or market at the time of play.
- Voided bets (due to match cancellation, abandonment, etc.) will have the stake returned in full unless specific promotion or accumulator rules state otherwise.
- Suspected use of automated software, bots, exploits, or any strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage will result in account suspension and review of all associated transactions.
8. Responsible Gaming
345wni is committed to supporting players in maintaining control over their gaming activity. The platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools available from within your account settings:
- Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to limits take 24 hours to apply.
- Session time reminders: set alerts to notify you when you've been playing for a specified period.
- Self-exclusion: request a temporary pause (minimum 30 days) or permanent closure of your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period for temporary exclusions.
- Reality checks: optional regular reminders displayed during game sessions showing time played and net position.
If you feel your gaming is becoming difficult to control, please use the self-exclusion option or contact support to request an account pause. 345wni encourages players to treat the platform as entertainment within a planned budget. Gaming should never be used as a way to recover financial losses or as a source of income.

9. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
- Registering more than one account.
- Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
- Using payment methods not registered in your own name or processing transactions on behalf of third parties.
- Exploiting bonus offers through systematic abuse, including coordinated bonus hunting, creating accounts with the intent to claim bonuses without genuine play, or using duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times.
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets.
- Colluding with other players in casino games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, security, or servers.
- Engaging in money laundering, using the platform to disguise the source of funds, or processing transactions unrelated to personal gaming activity.
- Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
10. Suspension & Account Closure
345wni may suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with legitimate personal gaming use.
- Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any balance in the account — including real-money deposits, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at 345wni's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct.
- Where an account is closed due to a suspected but unconfirmed breach, the account may be locked pending investigation. If the investigation clears the account, access and any legitimate real-money balance will be restored.
- Players wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact support. Any real-money balance (with completed wagering where applicable) will be processed for withdrawal before closure.
- 345wni reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
345wni provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a stable, secure, and accessible platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
- 345wni is not liable for losses caused by network outages, server downtime, browser incompatibility, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
- 345wni is not responsible for losses arising from game technical malfunctions beyond those covered under the technical fault provisions in Section 7.
- In no event will 345wni's total liability to a player for any claim arising out of these Terms or platform use exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
- 345wni is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss arising from use of the platform.
12. Privacy & Data
345wni collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is available on this website. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data in accordance with that policy.
- Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, and customer support.
- 345wni implements SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect stored personal and financial data.
- Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems as required to operate the platform.

13. Changes to Terms
345wni reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at this URL. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, bonus structures, or withdrawal conditions — 345wni will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via account notification, email, or an in-platform banner before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with any change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request withdrawal of any legitimate balance and closure of your account.
